Cancellation Policy

Eligibility & Access: This offer is exclusively available to participants of the "Mental Health Deserves More Than a Checkbox" event. The Mini Culture Audit is a paid service. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Cancellation & Refund Terms: Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled service: Eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before the scheduled service: Eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service: Not eligible for a refund. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their initial once meeting once, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend the scheduled audit without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full payment. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
